Unilateral pulmonary artery agenesis is a rare congenital malformation resulting from the failure of the sixth aortic arch to develop during embryogenesis. It can remain asymptomatic for a long period and is often discovered incidentally. We report the case of a 9-year-old patient, managed for a partial atrioventricular canal, in whom pulmonary artery agenesis was suspected on echocardiography and confirmed by thoracic CT angiography.
