Abstract

Verrucous nevus is a rare condition corresponding to benign epidermal hyperplasia. When it is extensive, it can be associated with neurological, musculoskeletal, hearing or visual abnormalities. We report the case of a 10-year-old child, without contributing history, who presented with a Nevus Unius Lateris (NUL) or unilateral giant verrucus nevus. NUL is a rarely described dysembryoplasia whose treatment remains problematic due to the extent of the lesions.
