This is a case report of a symptomatic gallstone cyst in an adult. The presence of a hypopharyngeal foreign body sensation led to the diagnosis. Nasofibroscopy confirmed the presence of a cystic formation originating in the vallecula and lingual surface of the epiglottis. The patient underwent complete endoscopic resection of the cyst. Pathological examination confirmed the nature of the cyst. The aim of this case study was to clarify the diagnostic and therapeutic features of this condition.
