Abstract

Diagnosis of SARS-CoV2 pneumonia is clinical. A chest CT scan can confirm the presence and extent of parenchymal lesions. CT lesions can be used to assess the patient's prognosis. However, there are cases of clinico-radiological discordance due to the presence of factors linked to the patient and the virus. However, there are cases of clinical and radiological discordance. We reported two cases.
