Interventional cardiology, which is gradually developing in Central Africa and Cameroon in particular, still faces many diagnostic and therapeutic challenges, which we illustrate with this case. The authors report the case of an overweight, hypertensive 38-year-old smoker who presented with an acute coronary syndrome without permanent ST-segment elevation. The delay in diagnosis, the multitruncular nature and the difficulties in optimal management are the main features of this case.
